Account information you provide when signing up (name, email address, professional details such as title, department, organization, and address), content you create while using the product (sessions, notes, and templates), and technical data required to operate the service (device and usage information).
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, authenticate you securely, support collaboration within your organization, respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and protected with industry-standard controls. Authentication is handled by our identity provider — passwords are never stored on NurMed servers. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Settings.
