By creating an account or using NurMed, you agree to these terms. If you use NurMed on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
The service
NurMed provides AI-assisted clinical documentation tools intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals. Generated content is an aid, not a substitute for professional judgment — you remain responsible for reviewing and approving all documentation before clinical use.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and professional regulations, including those governing patient data.
Subscriptions and termination
Paid features are billed per your selected plan. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
